INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE PROVIDING REAL ESTATE SERVICES

ANA FERNANDEZ FERNANDEZ is the Controller of the Data Subject’s personal data and informs that these data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), providing the following information on the processing:

Purposes and legitimacy of the processing:

• To manage and provide due response to proposals for the sale, acquisition or lease of real estate, as well as to resolve any queries raised by you in this regard, which may include the communication of your data to the owner or marketer of the property in which you have shown interest in order to manage your request, as being necessary for the provision of the service you have requested and the contractual relationship that this involves (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• For the legal obligation to invoice, collect and account for our fees, and when legally required due to the nature of the transaction, for compliance with the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• To contact you through various means, including electronic means, in order to provide or send you information in relation to the property in which you are interested, as well as in relation to other properties we have in our portfolio, based on our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR exemption art. 21.2 LSSI), unless you indicate your desire not to receive these commercial communications checking the box provided for this purpose.

Data retention criteria: data shall be retained for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purposes of the processing; when no longer necessary for those purposes and when the applicable legal time limits have expired, they shall be erased with appropriate security measures to ensure their anonymisation or complete destruction.

Communication of data: in addition to the transfers required by law, it may be necessary tocommunicate your data to the owner or marketer of the property in which you have shown interest in order to manage your request, as being necessary to provide the service.

Rights of the Data Subject:

• Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data and the limitation or objection to their
  processing. 
• The right to file a claim with the Spanish Supervisory Authority (agpd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.
